The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation. The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Sarl watermansport and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

The products offered for sale as well as the data on the suppliers are described in descriptive sheets with the greatest possible accuracy and have been entered on the basis of information collected from our suppliers. Watermansport is therefore not responsible for the content of these descriptive sheets and cannot be held liable to the customer.
The photographs illustrating the products are presented for information purposes only. In the event of errors, Watermansport Sarl shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

The information given by the buyer when placing an order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the recipient’s details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

Orders are only final when they are confirmed by the full payment of the amount of the order.

Watermansport reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

Any modification or cancellation of the order by the purchaser shall not be taken into consideration and the amount paid shall not be refunded.

Product offers are valid while stocks last.

Your package will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow approximately 96 hours for delivery by our service providers in mainland France.
If your package exceeds the maximum weight and dimensions authorised by the Post Office, it will be sent to you by a carrier of our choice.
The delivery times are those indicated by the post office or the carrier. Exceeding the delivery time cannot give rise to damages.
The transfer of risks takes place as soon as the articles are handed over by the seller to the carrier, the articles travel at the expense and risk of the buyer.
Upon receipt of the package, the buyer must check the conformity and condition of the products shipped. Any observations must be precise and notified by e-mail and by registered mail within 48 hours.
Watermansport undertakes in any event to deliver the products within a reasonable time. Consequently, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that in the event of non-compliance with the deadlines at the time of the order, it waives any claim for damages for delay and/or to request the cancellation of the sale.

Each order will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The delivery times are understood to be from the end of the preparation of the package or packages making up your order. Orders are prepared from Monday to Saturday.
Watermansport recommends over-wrapping the original packaging of its products, as only products returned in their entirety and in their original packaging will be taken back, all of which must be intact and in perfect condition for resale.
Any product that has been damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the cost of returning the product, which is borne by the consumer. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid, or an exchange of an amount equivalent to the sums paid or, where appropriate, with a bank supplement, the cost of return being borne by the consumer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, after checking the returned products, the reimbursement will be made within 10 days, by cheque.

In the event of non-receipt of a parcel within the time limits indicated, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, Watermansport shall not be able to take any decision as to the follow-up to the Customer’s order.

The price is expressed in euros. The prices of the items sold are those shown on the website and are inclusive of all taxes. They are firm and definitive. The price indicated for transport costs corresponds, for France, to the Colissimo rates of La Poste. The total cost of transport is calculated automatically when the order is placed and will be indicated on the invoice attached to the package.

You must pay the totality of your purchases in Euros when ordering.

Our products are offered while stocks last. The photographs reproducing the products are not contractual. Information on the availability of products comes from our suppliers and is provided to you at the time of placing your order. Any errors or exceptional modifications are beyond our control and cannot engage our responsibility.

This contract is subject to French law. Watermansport cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The liability of Sarl watermansport shall in any event be limited to the amount of the order and shall not be held liable for simple errors or omissions that may have occurred despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the parties must seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. In the event of a dispute, only French law and language will be applicable.
Any complaint must be sent by registered mail to Sarl Watermansport. In the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement, the dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract shall be referred to the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Bayonne (France).
Complaints relating to the receipt of the goods which have not been the subject of a reservation with the carrier shall not be subject to any reimbursement or exchange of goods, as the goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, who must check the completeness and conformity of the goods with his initial order.

Products may only be returned after prior written agreement by Watermansport. Products returned in their original packaging must be sent to Watermansport carriage paid.
Products returned in their original packaging must be in perfect condition and carefully packed in their original packaging with all accessories, without any modification of their references or serial numbers. The products must be returned to the after-sales return centre at Watermansport, BP 102, 40150 Hossegor.

The products must be accompanied by the return form, glued to the outside of the parcel, under a shipment against signature / stamp (example of transporter: colissimo suivi against signature), whether for a refund or a return to the after-sales service. In the event of a return that is not previously approved or does not conform to the order, the goods will be systematically returned at the Customer’s expense.

The entire content of the watermansport-shop.com site (illustrations, texts, wording, trademarks, images, videos, etc.) is the property of Watermansport, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of the content by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever is subject to the prior and express authorisation of Watermansport.

All information, content, files and software offered by our services are protected by French and international laws concerning intellectual property and copyright.

Watermansport cannot give you permission to copy, display or distribute any content for which you do not have intellectual property rights.

Any use of this content in fraud of the rights held by third parties on this content constitutes an offence of counterfeiting, severely sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code.
Watermansport may not under any circumstances be held liable for the violation by a Customer of rights held by third parties and perpetrated by reason of the latter’s activities on the watermansport-shop.com site.
