1. HOW TO START THE PROCESS :
If you have a Dafin Europe product that has a quality problem or an order error, please send us the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org: 1 clear photo of the damaged part 1 clear photo of the entire product (both fins) 1 copy of the receipt or invoice download and send it to watermansport BP 102, 40150 Hossegor
Once we have received all the above information, we will find the best possible solution in accordance with our guarantee and policies.
2. IMPORTANT :
– Without the necessary documents, no returns can be processed.
– All items returned to Dafin Europe must be rinsed and dry.
– The return of your package (in its entirety) is at your expense, a new product will be sent back at our expense (if the exchange conditions are accepted by our after-sales team & while stocks last).
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages are oversized and protected.

-Bank or postal cheque:
You place your order, then you send us a cheque by mail, mentioning the order reference.
