To return one or more items following a defective order or product, please follow the instructions below. All our items are guaranteed for 1 year. The warranty only concerns defective products. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase – return the goods with a full refund – or exchange the size of the products for a period of 30 days after receiving the products*.

1. HOW TO START THE PROCESS :

If you have a Dafin Europe product that has a quality problem, please send us the following information to watermansport@gmail.com:

  • 1 clear photo of the damaged part
  • 1 clear photo of the product in its entirety (the 2 fins)
  • 1 copy of receipt or invoice download

* All products must be returned unused (in good condition), with labels intact and with their original packaging, to our Postal Box in Hossegor France at the following address:

  • WATERMANSPORT
  • BP 102
  • 40150 HOSSEGOR France

2. IMPORTANT :

  • Without the necessary documents, no returns can be processed.
  • The return of your package (in its entirety) is at your expense, a new product will be returned at our expense (if the exchange conditions are accepted by our after-sales service team & while stocks last).
  • Return your package with the Delivery Note.

DELIVERIES

Packages are generally shipped within 72 hours after receipt of your payment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk.


SECURE PAYMENT

WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN DIFFERENT WAYS:

– Secure payment by Paypal with your credit card:

You indicate your credit card number (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express) and its expiry date in a secure web page; this method allows for a very fast payment and therefore delivery.

-Bank or postal cheque:

You place your order, then you send us a cheque by mail, mentioning the order reference.
