1. HOW TO START THE PROCESS :
If you have a Dafin Europe product that has a quality problem, please send us the following information to watermansport@gmail.com:
- 1 clear photo of the damaged part
- 1 clear photo of the product in its entirety (the 2 fins)
- 1 copy of receipt or invoice download
* All products must be returned unused (in good condition), with labels intact and with their original packaging, to our Postal Box in Hossegor France at the following address:
